Alton Garrison

Alton Garrison serves as the assistant general superintendent of the Assemblies of God. In addition, he serves as the executive director of the Division of Church Ministries and Discipleship, giving oversight to 11 departments that serve children, youth, and adults.

Garrison and his wife, Johanna, have one daughter, Lizette, and one grandson. He has authored the books: Hope in America’s Crisis, Building a Winning Team, Acts 2 Church, and The 360° Disciple. Johanna Garrison authored the book: Tangled Destinies, an account of her family’s hardships through the Nazi holocaust and an Indonesian revolution and their subsequent immigration to the United States.


Kevin Shorey
(English Speaker)

Kevin Shorey is one of the most outstanding ministers in America today, communicating the Word of God through anointed preaching and singing. Kevin has been a featured artist on many Christian TV stations and every major Christian TV network. The eight solo albums Kevin has recorded feature many of the songs he has written. Several of the songs from Kevin's recordings have been featured as singles on the Christian radio Top-40 list.

Although Kevin's singing has been greatly used by the Lord, he is also an anointed preacher. Kevin combines years of experience in the field of Christian music with a deep understanding of God's Word. He has a passion to reach the lost and release the church into a new understanding of Gods' promises and fresh outpouring for His people.

Kevin provides dynamic preaching, an anointing for healing and a singing ministry that changes lives. When Kevin ministers, he brings a new excitement to the message of the Gospel. At Churches, conventions, or camp meetings, the Word of God is presented with a deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and a strong commitment to see God move in the hearts of people.


Siegfried Tepper
(German Speaker)

Siegfried Tepper was born in Wiesbaden, Germany, and immigrated to Canada as a young child. His numerous scholarships and competition prizes enabled him to study piano, conducting and composition in Switzerland, Germany, Canada and the USA. He received a Master of Music Degree in Piano Performance with Frank Cooper at Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana. After three years of extensive activity in various opera houses in Germany, Siegfried returned to Burlington, Canada to become the Conductor and Music Director of the Mozart Chamber Orchestra of Burlington for 14 years. He was also a faculty member of various colleges, including lecturer at McMaster University and Tyndale University College in Ontario, Canada.

Siegfried continues to write a wide variety of compositions, and has enjoyed the premiere of many major works both in concert and on air. Some of his compositions include two Concertos for Piano and Orchestra, two Quartets for Piano and Strings, a Piano Trio, a Viola Sonata as well as vocal, choral and orchestral works. In addition to his continuing activities as a recognized conductor, pianist and composer of critical acclaim, he has appeared in numerous television and radio programs in North America, Europe and Asia.

For many years, Siegfried has been active in Christian ministry as youth leader, choir and orchestral director, teacher and speaker in various churches. As an accredited evangelist and credential holder with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, Siegfried combines his professional musical background with a passion for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.
